Hello guys I am kartik sansarwal and today I am going to tell you that how can you reduce obesity within few weeks without any harmful side effects.
Nowadays a large number of people not only of our own country but also of the whole world suffering from a grate disease named as obesity. It has now become one of the major problems of the young generation. Adults eat junk food and do not perform any exercise. they are busy on their phones playing games like pubg, lords mobile, etc. they do not play any outdoor games which can help them to reduce their obesity.
So guys, now I am going to tell you some effective ways with the help of which you can reduce obesity, it is not as easy as it sounds. Eat less and practice more is one of the major slogans of reducing obesity.
1. Guys, first of all, if you have to want to reduce obesity then you must have to avoid junk food as much as you can.
2. you should not have to make a habit of eating frequently. Because this habit makes a person obese.
3.we should take low-calorie food diet but should not give up necessary constituents of the food.
4. A person should never use alcohol, drugs, etc. Because smoking, drinking, and drugs lead to obesity.
5. Overeating is also a major cause of obesity. A person should take care of his diet.
6. overeating should be avoided but meals should not be skipped. Because if you skip a meal you will eat extra next time and this will lead to obesity.
7. Fatty food should also be avoided.
8. Regular physical exercise can prevent obesity. A person can do jogging, running, cycling, and dancing as physical exercise.
9. you should also have to do yoga regularly to reduce obesity or extra fat.
10. you should also have to drink a glass of hot water in the early morning.
